Overview

Reporting to the IS&T Business Intelligence & Integration Manager, the Integration Specialist will join the IS&T BI & Integration team and be based in our Head Office in London. You will be responsible for the management and triage of technical requests and support of integrations on Azure and Mulesoft.

The Integration Specialist will function within a design, build and operational team who work within enterprise scale data integrations, operational reporting and MI/BI solutions across a mixed landscape. The team is also responsible for the creation of small bespoke corporate driven applications leveraging on cloud frameworks and tools such Microsoft Power Platform or Docker microservices.

You will draw on a strong technical background to ensure anything delivered is scalable, supportable and built with best practice. You will have a wide technical background and will be keen to learn new evolving technologies as required.

Your Mission:
  • Responsible for the development in collaborations with multiple international suppliers and ongoing management of data interfaces from various systems such as the Stella McCartney ERP, Salesforce, ePOS and external systems.
  • Identified and acknowledged as the single point of contact for all integration and data support and requests.
  • Owns technical issues raised by business teams, escalating or delegating as necessary.
  • Have deep understanding of integration between Stella McCartney's various systems.
  • Responsible for data availability and transparency for end-to-end business processes
  • Responsible for the execution of data migration during the rollout or upgrade of Stella McCartney's core systems.
  • Support the stable operation of Stella McCartney's data flows that power our operational delivery and business insight.
  • Proven experience in taking ownership of data, interfaces and integration in fashion
  • Maintain an up-to-date interface catalogue across the enterprise
  • Responsible for the design and build of bespoke Corporate Stella McCartney applications as required.
  • Overall responsibility for the development of the data warehouse and BI platforms.


Your Talent:
  • Strong and broad technical skill across multiple technologies and programming languages.
  • Candidates must also have a strong development background with 5+ years experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Fashion B2B/B2C business would be advantageous
  • Experience in development and delivery of data management, data warehousing and integration solutions.
  • A self starter who is able to take challenges head on seeking new opportunities to learn and develop.
  • Highly motivated by innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to development within a service orientated architecture, either in a hybrid on-premise or cloud environment is a plus.
  • Able to communicate confidently with business stakeholders translating technical understanding into business language.
  • Innovative and risk-based thinking. An identifier and communicator of risk within projects and BAU process.
  • Experience administrating large data and integration platforms.


Systems and Essentials:
  • Exposure to development within a service orientated architecture, either in a hybrid on-premise or cloud environment is a plus.
  • Excellent database skills preferably within the Azure data platform, ADF, SSAS, Microsoft SQL server and Oracle.
  • Understanding of ETL practices and tooling like ADF, SSIS or Mulesoft
  • Understanding of Agile/DevOps practices and tooling
  • Experience working with API driven systems, REST & SOAP.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
