Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


The Training Executive for Private Client will help ensure centrally designed learning strategy is implemented effectively in the region. Your main focus will be on driving an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires and keeping longer tenured employees inspired and engaged through tailored, blended learning programs. You will shape our culture and community through educating and empowering our Private Client team. Your primary audience will be our Private Client Stylist population, who have specific learning needs and an appetite for new thoughtful ways to learn. You will report into the Private Client Global Training Manager.


    • You will lead training execution in the region, partnering with local Operations and Sales teams to plan, design and deliver outstanding learning experiences
    • You will be a Learning Management System (LMS) Regional Super-User, responsible for training other administrators on how to use the new LMS system, to promote digital learning and engagement and ensure a more aligned global process for training
    • You will ensure all new hires complete an elevated and inspirational onboarding relevant to their role, and be a facilitator for Onboarding delivery
    • Educate and enable our teams to provide service and sales excellence for our most discerning clients, through facilitation, inspirational content design and clear and concise communication
    • You will create new content for your regional audience (within central guidelines) to help increase engagement and meet business goals
    • You will uphold and promote the central training strategy in the region to build a stronger global Private Client community and a culture of inclusive learning
    • You will partner with regional leadership to promote training compliance, utilizing LMS data to positively influence engagement levels and indicators
    • You will manage the regional training calendar, to ensure alignment and consistency with global learning priorities execution in the region
    • You will manage regional training communications, ensuring a considered approach to how we cascade information to the relevant teams, maximizing our impact and influence as a team
    • You will develop a regional feedback loop, ensuring central and regional teams are aligned and collaborating


    • You have at least 2 years of experience within training, learning and development
    • You have a track record as a learning and development specialist in any of the following industries: luxury retail, customer service or a hospitality environment, with a luxury customer-centric mindset
    • You have experience with analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating blended training programs, including eLearning, instructor-led, video content creation, and PDF's
    • You are passionate about creating, delivering and re-imagining learning experiences for sales teams servicing the luxury fashion consumer
    • You can explain concepts in a clear, simple and engaging manner to a variety of different audiences
    • You have a clear understanding of how to apply design principles to enhance learning
    • You have experience using learning management systems
    • You have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise
