What you can expect:

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from the creation of the vacancy to the offer
• Continuous optimization of our recruiting processes and tools in line with current trends and internal requirements
• Active candidate approach via target group specific sourcing channels as well as identification of new recruiting channels
• Competent consulting of our departments in all questions of recruiting, as well as selection of the appropriate recruiting strategy
• Conducting interviews with aptitude diagnostic tools

Your profile:

• A completet university degree, ideally in the field of human resources or business administration
• Initial professional experience in (IT) recruiting
• A high affinity for sales as well as commitment and ambition with regard to filling vacant positions
• A confident, empathetic manner and strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and German
