WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Be the professional lead and support for one of our teams to drive the customer success and business development of 20+ service providers/aggregators
Your experience with technology platforms and solutions is on a reasonable level of technical proficiency: your language skills in English and German are fluent
You have good experience in e-commerce and a clear understanding of the marketplace business
You are a friendly, open-minded nature with a high level of commitment to other teams
You act as a role model for your team and constantly look for ways to improve the team spirit by empowering your colleagues
Mobility of about 10-20% is required

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional experience and a proven track record within e-commerce business; first experience in coordinating teams and change management is a plus
You are reliable and deliver what you promise. You keep up with the key focus areas and try to push initiatives to increase the delivery performance and focus on transparency, liability, and a well-designed project and process management within your team
You are responsible for the DTC customer target group "Service Provider" to increase our mutual business. By raising the take-rate of our services, you build up a continuously growing revenue stream, resulting in high customer satisfaction and strategic partnerships
Together with your team, you aim to drive the Tradebyte value proposition towards the service providers
Innovation is your greatest passion: By always challenging the status quo, you optimize the outcome ratio and evolve processes for commercial touchpoints and customer requirements
