About the Role

Acting as a brand guardian for Gap Inc. brands, the Regional Marketing Manager in Europe will support the Senior Marketing Manager to drive the franchise business and brand equity in the region. The Manager will have direct partner management responsibility, influencing strategic and creative marketing plans, budget investments and execution aiding to deliver high standards and consistent omni-channel experiences in line with global direction.
The role will provide day-to-day marketing support for partners, adoption of marketing tools and materials for seasonal collection launches and deliver new channel/brand launches.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the full marketing mix, accountable for driving brand power and presence across stores, web and all customer touchpoints in international and/or European markets

What You'll Do

  • Dedicated management of European partners, driving brand power and multi-channel business growth in these markets
  • Monitor brand and marketing performance across all brands and channels, ensuring consistent omni-channel customer experiences in line with global direction across the territory
  • Plan and deliver seasonal marketing strategies and investments in line with the global brand's, franchise partner's, regional and business objectives
  • Provide strategic direction to support market, channel and seasonal launches across the brands in Europe
  • Partner closely and effectively with key internal stakeholders: Marketing, Brand, PR, VM, Digital, Creative, Account Management, L&D, Product, Planning and Finance
  • Support to implement global brand strategies, hindsight analysis and performance reporting where needed


Who You Are

  • Degree educated with 5+ years marketing background and proven experience managing both strategic and tactical assignments
  • Broad marketing experience within multi-channel business is essential - media, experiential, events, PR, digital, social, CRM - with ability to make strategic investment and planning decisions to drive maximum ROI
  • Brand management experience essential, preferably within a multi-brand organization
  • Experience in Digital Marketing for E-commerce highly preferable
  • Solid Europe territory knowledge i.e. retail landscape, customer mindset and market sensitivities
  • Experience of working within a franchise / international structure and strong business acumen highly favourable
  • Highly flexible, open minded and adapts well to rapidly changing environments and priorities
