Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our dynamic European wholesale team focused on Online, Northern and Central Europe. This role is will be responsible for designing and implementing omni-channel growth strategies across the Coach wholesale business.

- Developing and executing regional strategies by channel to ensure profitability, growth and the maintenance of a qualitative distribution network.
- Designing the digital strategy for success within the European wholesale channel, overseeing its growth to the largest part of the European wholesale business.
- Leading key business acceleration initiatives and cross functional task forces, focused on key product and market opportunities.
- Empowering the team to create strategic plans in partnership with key accounts focused on securing comp growth and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Owning the Long Range Planning for the region, communicating updates to the business on a monthly and quarterly basis, highlighting growth strategies and flagging potential headwinds.
- Driving profitability within region, reviewing regularly the P&L analysis on an account and regional level to ensure this is improving on a YOY basis.
- Presenting regional performance within the region on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis to the business, identifying performance trends, opportunities, and corresponding actions.
- Leading the European wholesale product strategy informed by European customer insights to ensure the optimisation of market requirements and the maximisation of opportunities.
- Identifying process improvements and removing barriers to execution. Laser focus on implementing change to improve the speed to market of product and streamlining the experience for wholesale partners.
- Managing, developing and empowering a team of 9 direct & indirect reports.
