Integration Solution Engineer - FARFETCH

THE ROLE

Integrations Analyst is responsible for gathering the requirements and build specification documents by working closely with our partners. Furthermore, contribute to define and implement a sustainable strategy for integrations within Farfetch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Understand the needs and requirements of business needs.

Organize deliverables in a roadmap following each steps on software engineering process

Design UML documentations

Grant the knowledge transfer for Support Teams and Development Teams

Assist our partners in defining the best way to implement integration processes with Farfetch suggesting our solutions and plugins

Suggest improvement on the documentation about our integration processes and workflows

Help defining best practices for the integrations processes

Help establishing the vision and strategy for integrations

WHO YOU ARE

Experience with Software Analysis with UML

Knowledge of SOAP and REST protocols

Experience with projects involving any integration hub like Vtex, Magento, Linx, Hub2b, Shopify is a plus

Communication skills to deal with stakeholders and partners

Experience with Software Engineering process

Problem-solving attitude and experience in working closely with external partners

You must speak English fluently
