CRM Manager
HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. | New York City | United States | Full-time

The CRM Manager will collaborate with the Sr Director, Omnichannel to create and embed customer-driven strategies into all aspects of HUGO BOSS, turning customer data and insights into actionable strategies, building customer journeys and segmentation, and orchestrating audiences for multi-channel campaign execution.

S/he will be familiar with a wide range of database marketing, customer segmentation & targeting, loyalty program development, clienteling support, and identifying ideal partnerships to help drive new acquisition. The ideal candidate possesses analytical thinking and can work seamlessly to leverage client insights and turn into actionable CRM strategies & plans. Adept at analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness and sharing ROI analysis with key stakeholders. The Customer Relationship Sr. Manager will utilize these strategies to support both short and long term sales and database growth across all HUGO BOSS points of sale and online.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Partner with the Sr Director Omnichannel to design and implement an innovative, data driven, omni CRM vision that is rooted in testing, customer insights and analytics, and drives customer loyalty and sales growth
  • Drive the over-arching strategy and vision for loyalty and customer retention
  • Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness & develop contact strategies for retaining and growing clients into loyalists
  • Monitor and analyze relationships with existing customers and develop measurable strategies to improve engagement and conversion
  • Work with Omnichannel Marketing team on incorporating CRM programs into 360 Marketing strategies, directives and recaps
  • Partner cross-functionally and with Global CRM team to define consistent KPIs and improve ROI
  • Track, measure, and report against all goals and KPIs for both retail and ecommerce
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer database architecture and available data to be used in CRM campaigns - regionally and globally
  • Work closely IT to ensure customer data meets the quality and standards that allows for execution of successful, effective and efficient direct mail and email marketing campaigns, including data cleansing, feed management and trouble shooting.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related fields
  • 5+ years of CRM / Campaign Management experience
  • Experience in Retail/Ecommerce CRM or similar industry preferred
  • Strong experience in CRM and campaign management, with a proven track record of bringing CRM programs to life in different channels
  • CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: experience with designing and running campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution and hind sighting
  • TECHNOLOGY: deep working knowledge of CRM technology and campaign management tools
  • Experience with advanced platforms like AgileOne, SAP, Responsys, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable tools is strongly preferred
  • Passion for understanding consumer insights and consumer behavior
  • Business experience in a global environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to frame business problems analytically
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in excel
