Position Overview
This position is responsible for interpreting our designed ideas into factory ready artwork.Creating artwork from concept boards and antique documents or creating original designs for a variety of home textile products. Candidate needs to have a skilled eye to capture subtle nuances and be very detail oriented with the ability to create artwork in a wide range of styles and techniques.Candidate needs to be flexible, organized, and able to work on numerous projects or with multiple individuals at a given time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·Provide artistic support for Home Textiles Design Team (bedding and bath). ·Creates original designs that encompass design concept, color and materials by interpreting fashion trends and organization style guidelines for multiple product lines or brands. ·Awareness of current design trends and up to date CAD skills for textile development. ·Create original artwork and artwork from vintage documents and inspiration boards for printed, woven, embroidered and embellished products. ·Provide finished CAD artwork that is cleaned, color separated, indexed files that are ready for factory production.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Strong sense of color, ability to create colorways and color matching. · Ability to create artwork- (engineered and repeating layouts), using a variety of techniques- hand painted, hand drawn and computer aided designs. · Demonstrated ability to produce CAD artwork. · Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs- Photoshop, Illustrator, XD. · Working knowledge Microsoft Office- Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is a plus. · Knowledge of APEX program is a plus. · Organizational skills #LI-DB1
