Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Team Overview: Strategy & Planning is a center of excellence with clear accountability to help all Global Supply Chain Leaders to: 1. Clarify success factors, connectivity & accountability in all projects & initiatives to Secure Timely Execution 2. Provide Streamlined Updates on initiatives with Clear Executive Summaries for internal & external stakeholder engagement 3. Create a Single Source of Truth with transparent dashboards & reports to drive one voice with our key stakeholders 4. Support our operations as we change to New Ways of Working Asan Analyst of Strategy & Planning your expected outputs will include: Strategy deployment of cross functional programs Outputs a. Co-author Strategy Frameworks with Global Supply Chain Leaders b. Drive progression of the strategy & communicate progress with key stakeholders c. Prepare updates for the Executive Leadership Team Strategy support of a brand or global supply chain function Outputs a. BRAND: Develop the seasonal Brand strategy (2 times per year) i. Seasonal macro-economic analysis ii. Seasonal goal setting on key KPIs iii. Seasonal purchase plans for sourcing capacity management b. Analyze key KPI trends & lead review during team meetings c. Track associated key actions taken in response to KPI trends or a. FUNCTION: Develop & refresh the functional strategy (2 times per year) i. Capacity plans vs LRP with associated action plans ii. Prioritized change management to deliver the strategy iii. Tracking the execution of the strategy through KPIs b. Analyze key KPI trends & lead review during team meetings c. Track associated key actions taken in response to KPI trends

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge and/or Key Competencies preferred: § program management or functional leadership experience § Experience developing operational processes and technology solutions § Track record of developing high-performing teams to exceed previous results § Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic and tactical results from inception to completion § Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior executives § Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing data using advanced excel methods and/or programming languages such as Python or R Travel Required: Travel as required not to exceed 15% of your hours
