The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for leading the project planning and execution of talent development programs, projects, processes, and initiatives.

The Talent Development Specialist will foster a positive learning experience for PVH associates. This role will drive learning marketing and communication activities, collaborate both internally and externally in the creation of a variety of instructional resources, support gamification strategies and platforms, and enhance learner outreach through key initiatives such as the Learning Ambassador program.

This individual is creative, resourceful and is always looking for ways to enhance the PVH associate experience through world-class learning offerings, tools, and programs.

  • Design and develop global and regional marketing assets leveraging a variety of tools including PowerPoint, the Adobe Creative Suite, Easy Generator, Canva, and Easy Movie
  • Design and develop global and regional communication campaigns across a variety of channels including email, intranet articles, Poppulo, Social Chorus, and Workday Learning
  • Provide graphical design support for learning initiatives
  • Use marketing and communications strategies to enhance the Learner Experience
  • Promote PVH U social presence, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with internal functions for marketing support and content creation including Quick Reference Guides and Infographics
  • Serve as enterprise support for gamification platforms:
    • Collaborate with internal groups to support gamification programs
    • Liaise with vendor partners to implement program enhancements and increase engagement
    • Create support resources as required
    • Reporting of platform usage
  • Conduct platform troubleshooting and support including Workday Learning
  • Provide some project management and data analysis
  • Participate on cross-functional task forces to drive global initiatives


  • 5+ years of experience in talent management/development
  • 3+ years of experience as learning or marketing content creator; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Experience with LMS or LXP preferred
  • Experience creating and managing timelines
  • Experience with digital badging, or related; knowledge of Credly/Acclaim a plus
  • Knowledge and application of Instructional Design models such as ADDIE or SAM
  • Experience with content creation technologies: must know Articulate 360 & Rise; knowledge of Easygenerator and Easy Movie preferred
  • Video editing experience
  • Survey design and delivery
  • Data reporting
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships
  • Managing workflows with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

  • College degree preferred

  • Creation of online/digital learning content including eLearning, videos, and digital courses; skilled in Easy Generator, Easy Movie, Articulate 360 and Rise, iMovie, SnagIt, Captivate or similar tools
  • Creation of communications and marketing collateral
  • LMS or LXP administration
  • Some experience with database software a plus
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Survey Monkey or similar survey creation tool
  • Customer service skills (dealing with internal clients and external vendors)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, & OneNote
