POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Sr. SAP Functional Analyst, BW/4HANA, you are a part of the SAP application team providing thought leadership for PVH's SAP S4 for Fashion solution. You role will be to improve the quality and efficiency in the business community by delivering best practice solutions both within the SAP environment and through end-to-end integration.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Provide functional and technical leadership for major BI transformation to BW/4HANA platform
  • Strong experience in HANA studio and create Calculation views. Responsible for unit testing, integration and regression testing, including build test cases, perform tests, and make changes to configuration or processes based on results.
  • Must have deep technical expertise in multiple SAP BI suite of products, especially BW, BOBJ, SAC.
  • Advanced knowledge and extensive experience in Data integration (Point to Point, ETL etc)
  • Expert knowledge in Data Architecture, Modeling, integration, governance and BI/Analytics capabilities with the BW/4HANA.
  • Develop functional specification for custom ABAP development, and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
  • Responsible for performance tuning and data base table partitioning of BW/4HANA systems utilizing best practices
  • Work closely with non-SAP IT groups and outside Vendors that need to interface to SAP S4 Solution.
  • Validates and executes SAP BI/BW Strategy by leveraging SAP BW, BusinessObjects, Analytics Cloud and HANA capabilities. Translation of complex business concepts and processes to SAP flows
  • Facilitates release scoping, design, build, test, change control, documentation and deployment activities with internal SAP BI/BW project and operations teams, business stakeholders, shared services and compliance
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices and standards for BI development
  • Actively research new approaches to domain optimizations and anticipates domain requirements and business needs
  • This position will require travel, both domestically and internationally based on project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 8 to 10 years systems and business analysis experience on BW/4HANA or BWonHANA. Apparel experience highly preferred.
  • Has experience with end-to-end implementation projects as SAP BI lead.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

Skills:
  • Must have excellent partnership skills and must be able to work with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to coach and mentor both technical and business staff on information solutions
  • Must be able to identifies measures and milestones for recognizing and communicating success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Visio
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
