The Team

The Ecommerce (Ecom) Department is responsible for managing the European own and operated and sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing in a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue to grow significantly. Furthermore, team members are of various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, all highly motived and skilled as well as inspiring to work with.

As the own and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth.

One of the strategic pillars is to drive a more data decision driven culture within the business. Thus, we are looking to grow and scale up our analytical capabilities and team in order to provide best in class support to functions across the ecommerce business, to allow for rapid and efficient decision making.

The Position

The Ecommerce Webanalyst position will be part of the Ecom Analytics department, supporting both brand teams, cross functionally with all data and analytics needs. The webanalyst will report into the Ecom Director of Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights using clickstream data and analytics tools (Adobe analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Build reports that allow to increase teams self service capacity, using webanalytics tools
  • Support educational efforts towards wider teams to enable self service
  • Be responsible for clickstream data quality checks, troubleshoot and work closely with other relevant stakeholders to maintain good data quality
  • Support tracking and tagging efforts, working closely with agency partner of update and improvement of data layer and data tracking

The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor degree with 2-3 years of related work experience in a similar field
  • Previous experience in Ecom (D2C, B2C)
  • Experience working with Web Data on Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
  • Experience working with Tealium or Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Team player with a hands on mentality and who can work independently.
  • Analytical and result orientated mind-set
