The Manager, Supply Analytics will lead a team whose key responsibility is to provide transparency to the Supply and commercial teams through reporting and analytics. To work across the supply chain functions to create KPI-focused reporting and ensure timely receipt of inventory, the Manager will enable cross-functional communication of risk and opportunity and enable data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop KPI's strategy for the supply team
  • Work with TPG partners to enable standardized reporting
  • Work with the business functions to understand planning strategies and develop tools to help track supply chain visibility to ensure service levels
  • Develop S&OP reporting capabilities
  • Track master data milestones upstream to ensure timely purchase order issuance. Work with upstream partners to address missing / incorrect data
  • Work with the supply process team to support standard work initiatives with standardized reporting. Develop exception based reporting to answer business questions
  • Develop and own the supply super user strategy, bridging the gap between supply functions and our TPG partners


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience
  • Solid understanding of supply chain process and master data strategies
  • Strong data and analytic skills
  • Able to translate complex information into easily understandable story using data analytics
  • Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex information that can be consumed by a wide range of business users
  • Able to direct technical partners as well as business partners
  • Strong Excel, BI skills
  • SAP knowledge a plus
