POSITION SUMMARY:

1. To help e-Commerce enhance and develop China E-commerce business; Manage TP Customers Service and Warehouse team to improve a better customers experience on TMALL/JD/Official site/VIP.com/Dou Yin etc.

  • CS related business, 40%
  • Payment Application & Apply for vendor code for new vendor 30%
  • Logistics related business (For Example inventory check and problem finding etc.)30%

2. Client Service Management & Monitor
  • To oversee the client service and related function on official site, T-mall, JD .com and other online channels.
  • Responsible for the overall client service monitoring of all online channels to ensure the best consumer online shopping experience of PVH Brands (Include Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger).
  • Work closely with the out-sourcing party to make sure the smooth working process and good client service provided.
  • Track and analyze the client service data and feedback.

3. Other Internal Communication & Operation
  • Payment Application
  • Apply for vendor code for new vendor
  • Other back-end supporting practice, fox example inventory check etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • At least 3-5-year client service management working experience in those Global Apparel industry;
  • E-commerce experience is preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong customer-centric orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bi-lingual Chinese and English
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at a time
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Education:
  • College graduate and/or industry trained professional
