Inventory Planner, Allocation, CK China

POSITION SUMMARY:

To better support CKU/CKP new order process and allocation needs from different sales channels (retail, consignment, franchise and Ecommerce).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

1. Closely work with CKU/CKP Merchandising team on Early Commitment submission.
2. Collect retail, consignment, franchisee and Ecommerce orders during China market week, consolidate all CN orders and upload to 7th online.
3. Follow up MOQ and update any order increase or cancellation in 7th online.
4. Item master maintenance.
5. Check variance between goods receiving and original orders. Allocate products to different sales channels (retail, consignment, franchise and Ecommerce) in ACS.
6. Be responsible for Retail/EC/franchisee stock replenishment in ACS.
7. Regularly & on-time follow up inventory status in ACS.
8. Monthly Report-CKU/CKP CO and accumulated sell in
9. Monthly Report-CKU/CKP Allocation Plan

KEY COMPETENCIES

• University degree (preferably in finance or statistics). At least 2-3 years allocation experience (preferably in apparel industry).
• Prioritizing and performing multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations.
• Good analysis skill, logical, careful. Good in number and logically talented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Result oriented. Ability to both initiate and complete.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
 At least 2-3 years allocation experience, prefer from garment industry.

Education:
 Bachelor's degree or above
