PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Retail store technology delivery
  • Central point of contact to support retail store life cycle, including open and closing process. Ensuring store movements are delivered on time with quality.
  • Manage IT hardware and software, installation, relocation, changes and site preparation work for retail stores.
  • Secure quality documentation of deployed solutions according to defined standards.
  • Monitor task progress and quality of deliverables from both internal and external resources.
  • Manage retail IT support daily operation with external partners with the delivery of support to retail stores and related support tasks for retail business operation.
  • Responsible to maintain IT Service desk statistic reporting as determined with locations.

IT Support Analyst and Operation
  • Coordinate the delivery of 1st level and supporting tasks, Preventative support with system analysis and performance monitoring. (e.g. health check)
  • Provide IT support services to retail stores and staff, logging and coordination of support tasks. Monitoring progress and quality of deliverables from both internal and external resources, ensuring associated, services, requests and incidents follow the defined workflows
  • Report repeated non-conformance to defined standards to Service Delivery Lead in region.
  • Manage the procurement IT hardware, software and related services based on defined workflow.
  • Assist in IT capacity planning and budget management, responsible local budget preparation and cost tracking.
  • Responsible to coordinate asset and inventory with location IT hardware and software, installation, relocation, changes and site preparation work for offices and retail stores.
  • Responsible Vender and contract management from regional perspective, working with location for proper maintenance service.
  • Assist other IT teams with assigned support tasks.
  • Responsibilities also include other IT related tasks and services assigned by superiors. These tasks and services may be provided in non-standard hours and in overseas locations as required by the nature of the job.

COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong Analytical skill, Project management. Understanding Retail business model and experience. Experience IT support experience in retail organization.
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in IT business, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Experienced vendor management.
  • IT helpdesk and incident management.
  • Experienced in managing office and store support services.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
