The Team

The Business Controlling team is a key function within the organization, following financial KPI's, translating those into actions and supporting the Tommy Hilfiger Product teams to drive strategic growth. The Senior Business Analyst will support key product team leads through budget monitoring, invoice management and approvals, supporting Divisional and Central team projects, reporting to the Business Controller TH Divisions. The role will help bridge the financial and divisional strategy through detailed analytical analysis.

In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will:
  • Translate Central finance guidance on YoY expense targets.
  • Do monthly Closing activities (Re-Forecasting the OPEX for all product teams).
  • Work closely with team leads, making sure they are in line with expenses and facilitating them to make efficient decision making.
  • Be supporting and maintaining invoice matrixes and acting as a key user.
  • Manage and forecast headcount changes and team structures changes.
  • Dig into financial details, and support project teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Give daily support for the Merchandising, Design, Product Development and Buying & Planning teams.
  • Do investment ROI and analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing deadlines

  • Financial planning skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to cope with uncertainty and complexity
  • Expert Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Managerial ability

The Ideal Candidate
  • University degree from a leading business/technical school/university; Master's Degree preferred
  • Min. 3+ years' experience in FP&A
  • Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational company or multi-national consulting firm is an advantage
  • Understanding of basic accounting principals
  • Experience with SAP BW, BPC NetWeaver platform and HANA is an advantage
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
