POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead and create end-to-end designs, system configurations and business solutions supporting our assortment planning, merchandise planning, allocation and replenishment business processes. The candidate will work as the Sr. Business Analyst for the Global Value Chain - Digital Planning group. The primary focus of this role will be in the execution of the system development life cycle (SDLC) design for the planning and analytics systems. Stakeholder engagement is a critical component of this role.
The resource requires hands-on experience in the functional configuration and implementation of planning solutions including JDA Enterprise Planning, Allocation, Size and Pack Optimization. Additionally, hands-on experience with data analytics solutions and working with stakeholders in the design of end-to-end processes is foundational to this role.
The span of responsibility will be global across all brands under PVH.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Understand retail assortment, line planning, merchandise financial planning and allocation and fulfillment processes and ability to translate into requirements and solutions.
- Senior architect of the functional details of JDA Planning tools, design and support implementation of solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop functional design documentation to support business requirements.
- Design, and test required application configurations. Work with technical development to successfully migrate and maintain configuration change management.
- Work closely with solution developers to assist, support and review system and technical design documents to ensure functional and business requirements align.
- Design and support the data integration requirements between the planning tools and both upstream and downstream processes and systems.
- Define, document and lead test approach; including creation and execution of test plans and scripts.
- Define and document materials to support implementation and training.
- Perform cross-functional reviews and designs for both processes and development teams. Gain business and technical stakeholder engagement and alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- 7+ years designing and developing business solutions for large organizations.
- Deep retail industry experience is required, preferably apparel.
- Business acumen is essential.
- Experience with operating in a Global business.
- In depth knowledge and implementation experience of JDA software modules: Enterprise Planning, Size and Pack Optimization, and Allocation.
- Experience with assortment planning and optimization, demand and supply chain planning solutions in retail environment is preferred.
- Experience leading large projects in the retail planning domain with a deep understanding of the merchandise financial planning process and related OTB principles.
- Experience with big data platforms, analytics for retail or supply planning is a plus.
- Experience working within a mature Technology Project Management process framework.
Education:
- A college degree is required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Related Field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Business, Operations Research, Data Science or Engineering preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong documentation skills, attention to detail and follow up.

- Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.

- Strong SQL Skills, data management and data science and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio.
