The Supply Associate is responsible for sourcing in conjunction with the product development process under the direction of the Supply Director.


  • Daily follow up/email communications with cross functional team on/off shore.
  • Collaborate with Supply Manager and Design on R&D.
  • Collaborate with Supply Manager in the research and development of new sourcing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports for research, developments, trim and proto related to new Development.
  • Create cost chart & analyze costing for all new developments and collaborate with vendors on cost options to meet AUC targets.
  • Work with vendors to close SMS / Bulk / AA costing.
  • Maintain updated information via systems (XPC/Entefy/PLM) - ie, product allocation, costing, proto tracking, testing & risk assessment.
  • Work with hub teams and vendors to resolve development and production issues.
  • Monitor calendar deliverables with vendors and cross-functional partners, escalating any issues or late deliverables to Manager.
  • Lead post SMS processes - ie, late development requests and line finalization.
  • Support Manager with Sustainability initiatives - ie, Low Impact Denim verification.
  • Support Manager in Cross Functional meetings internally and externally.
  • Manage Supply Team Projects as needed - i.e. Seasonal Audit, Sample tracking.
  • Receive, distribute, and send parcels for the department (when in office).
  • Handle other responsibilities and projects as assigned.


Experience: 2+ years Supply experience

Education: College Degree, or prior work experience, preferred


  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Communications skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative in busy environment
  • Previous experience with product costing
  • Knowledge of denim washing & processing preferred, but not required
