POSITION SUMMARY: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 货品管理 Product Management
FPS/Outlets weekly product transfer, allocation and supplementation (including big events' product supplementation)
Product allocation and transfer between locations (including group purchasing, own retail, franchisees, consignment, e-Com and daily return to central warehouse etc.)
Promotions set up and follow up.
New product slotting notice, product information collecting and feedback.
Return/recall goods management
Coordinate and follow up seasonal change goods back storage
Inventory flow tracking, check hand account/IPDW/XSTORE销售及货品相关报表,数据统计,分析 Sales and Product reports, Data consolidation and analysis
Product sales trend and performance analysis (FPS & Outlets), Sales data feedback, YoY MoM data etc.
Seasonal product analysis, turnover rate ST% analysis
TOP 10 sales product ranking, data/photos collection and consolidation.
Best sell and due sale product analysis, apply for supplementations.
Monthly promotion event sales data feedback and analysis.系统维护 System Maintenance

Maintain SHJWOF SHJWUF SHJWGY stocks. (SH only)
Coordinate HQ and marking samples requirement.
System set up for : Perfume, coupon and GWP ect.
System maintenance and adjustment of office associates' uniform stock, stock discrepancies, and sample transfer etc.
JDA maintenance; New store account opening, maintain and input.
Monthly stock taking data verification.
System Stock discrepancies adjustment between store & warehouse.
货品培训 Product Training (Merchandising)
In-season product FAB & Mix and Match training to retail.
Key store pre-opening product training and support.其他 Others
New opening store product allocation, transfer and logistics arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience:
- Product allocation relative experience.
- Retail product analysis experience.
- Good at Excel, PowerPoint and other office tools. Master user in excel will be a great advantage.
- Can work under pressure and strong communication skill, Quick learner and competent in planning & execution
- Multi-departments communication and able to cope with multiple tasks
- Detail oriented, precise and sensitive to detail.
- At least 5 years' experience in retail apparel, minimum 2-3 years product allocation/merchandising Experience
- Strong communication skills internal and external.
- Computer Skills
- Sales driven
- Out-going personality with strong team work spirit
University graduate in Fashion related majors.
