POSITION SUMMARY

This leadership role will develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan to support PVH's business and culture transformation. The individual will help build a learning organization and democratize access to learning opportunities to help all associates design their future at PVH. They will build partnerships with business leaders, subject matter experts and HR to evolve the learning strategy, deliver sustainable and impactful development experiences, and drive continuous improvement of the learning function. The individual will bring innovative solutions and practices to build individual skills, capabilities and organizational competence in the areas needed to win in the marketplace. The scope includes the areas of leadership, functional skills, enterprise systems training, business knowledge, digital and enterprise data & analytics.

The successful candidate will combine big-picture, innovative thinking and knowledge of adult learning theories with a pragmatic, organized approach to implementing initiatives. The individual will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will have experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization and have a strong network of external learning partners across leadership training, learning experience platforms and content development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
  • Lead PVH's learning and development strategy with experience successfully incorporating emerging trends in learning solutions, technologies and platforms that are reflected in classroom, digital, hybrid and micro-learning programs and offerings
  • Serve as subject matter expert in the areas of associate and leadership development, practices to operationalize upskilling and re-skilling efforts, agile learning methodologies, learning needs assessment, curriculum design, content development, facilitation skills, and measuring learning impact and effectiveness
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of PVH University programs in leadership, functional, enterprise systems, general business, digital and enterprise data & analytics
  • Integrate learning & develop practices with strategic talent & enterprise-wide HR initiatives including performance & development (P&D), career development and mobility, key talent development, associate and leader onboarding, I&D learning, and future of work initiatives
  • Cultivate external partnerships to enhance capabilities and improve the learner experience; build a vendor scorecard to measure the success of engagements and offerings
  • Partner with Communications to deploy an effective learning and development communications strategy across multiple channels to increase awareness, access and engagement with learning offerings to the appropriate populations
  • Provide relevant data and content for inclusion in annual CSR reports, executive briefings, presentations to PVH's Board of Directors and other as specified

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
  • 12+ years' experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning and development strategies and programs in a global, matrixed environment that incorporates innovative, forward thinking initiatives to enhance the learner experience and support business & culture transformation
  • Experience and strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, learning needs analysis and various assessment instruments
  • Experience leveraging data and implementing metrics and KPIs to improve decision making and measure learning effectiveness
  • Experience developing and deploying competency frameworks and skills mapping approach; ideal experience applying these initiatives to re-deploy talent and build internal talent marketplace
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories with experience applying various elements including social, collaborative and learning networks
  • Strong knowledge of various LMS/LCMS platforms; ideal experience leading rollout of LMS/LCMS technology
  • Strong consulting, relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with highly effective facilitation skills
  • Experience building and leading high-performing global learning team leveraging internal and external resources

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree with advanced degree preferred
  • Certifications in various assessment instruments
