POSITION SUMMARY:

PVH leverages a diversified portfolio of brands, this includes Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Dress Furnishings Group. "Supply" is the supply chain organization that supports the design, development planning, production & delivery of sourced product for all brands.

This role reports to the SVP of NA Supply Business Process and works closely with all members of the NA Supply Business Process team to ensure consistency in the team's message and delivery of content.

The Manager of NA Supply Business Process is a change supporter for the effective evolution of processes Supply owns & participates in. As key member of the team, they will analyze, develop, document, implement, measure, and optimize key processes across the PVH organization, particularly for NA Supply.

The NA Supply Business team focuses on cross-functional collaboration and partnership with global Supply and non-Supply teams across Business Units. This partnership is in place to actively participate in the building of PVH's digital path forward, focusing on the right work, right place, right people, with particular focus on NA implementation.

Accountable to provide stable foundation for procedures & processes that will enable execution of Business & Supply goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rigorously evaluate current processes.
  • Partner with NA Supply team members to document, implement, monitor and maintain business process projects to ensure goals are met and continuous improvement is embedded in the culture.
  • Work with process teams to identify risk & benefits of process changes
  • Help to define, encourage and support change management efforts for all areas
  • Lead/Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are maintained & milestones are achieved
  • Participate in analysis of critical issues/failures for process improvements to proactively prevent future occurrences
  • Improve business processes through tools, metrics, and dashboard reporting to enable decision-making.
  • Knowledge Management: Lead maintenance and visibility / accessibility to the process repository. Close partnership with the Business Solutions and Supply Academy teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 5-6 years of related business process improvement
  • Experience in consumer goods product development and/or manufacturing required
  • Supply chain, apparel, or enterprise systems experience a plus
  • Six Sigma, Lean or Lean Six Sigma Certification a strong plus
  • Project management, PMP certification is an asset
  • Work experience with global teams is required
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and focus on multiple efforts at once

Education:
  • University/College degree

Skills:
  • Practical experience of documenting & mapping business processes
  • Compelling knowledge of relevant business process standards, modeling, and simulation tools.
  • Effective documentation & presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to influence others cross-functionally, including senior leadership
  • Fluent skills and experience with tools such as: PowerPoint, Lucid chart, Smart sheet, Visio, MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

Internal: Interfaces across brands, functions, regions
  • Presents and communicates to cross functional leads of all levels in the business including executive leaders
  • PVH Corporate, NA, EU, Asia Supply Community
  • PVH NA Brand/Business teams; Europe & Asia, as needed

External: Communicate with key Suppliers of all Supply Levels and Tiers*; Consultants as needed
