POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is to manage and oversee Process team with Global / Local initiatives to make life simpler & consistent for all retail stores, better for consumers
This role plays a critical role of retail standard guru to drive efficiency and compliance with the partnership of China Retail Operations team, Global team.

This role plays a critical role of retail standard guru to drive efficiency and compliance with the partnership of China Retail Operations team, Global team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES /ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Obsessed with the knowledge of operational excellence, mainly focus on the own retail procedure and related projects to make China all stores with higher standard and consistency.
- Analyze, optimize and develop process flows, SOPs and operations tools of every store check points.
- Work with Retail Operation heads in developing projects leading to make China Own Retail Business achieved every objective.
- Set up retail stores overall reward & recognition with Ops and HR team.
- Work closely with Procurement, Ops team on the NTP and facility management practice.
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including audit / stock take results.
- Oversee the regular release and update of Global Store Operations Manuals and Policies.
- Manage and coordinate with retail, sales, range systems/tools/database.
- Drive continuous Improvement of retail systems and capabilities.
- Constantly review all process and Procedures to reduce complexity and improve productivity.
- Oversee user Management and enhancement of store relevant systems.
- Oversee the Inventory Management process including Inventory Adjustment, Cycle Count Report and others as required by business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing/retail department of a global consumer goods company.
Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sensitive data consciousness.
- Good at EXCEL data analysis and PowerPoint using.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Applies knowledge and skill in business principle and techniques.
Education: University graduate in statistics, accounting or related major preferred.
