Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising, Hong Kong & Macao


Direct the visual merchandising department. Responsible for driving brand aesthetic, in-store traffic and conversion with full spectrum of management on store ambience, product presentation and events. Manages staffing strategy and decision. Oversees all related display initiatives and ensure they are correspond to overall company decision and objectives, at the same time, drive localized needs and deliver creative solutions.


  • Direct Visual Merchandising standard for all direct own and operate HK and MO Calvin Klein business and events. Manage to deliver exceptional standard of overall presence of campaign in each retail location.
  • Maximize the economies of scale on overall procurements on display tools, window campaign setup, store maintenance and events setup.
  • Partner with regional VM team on building the directives for stores incorporating global directions and commercial needs.
  • Supervise the team to coordinate with contractors and production houses for visual materials, and manage delivery and installation in stores on time with excellent quality.
  • Plan strategically according to regional GTM calendar on wise budget planning in order to maximize the outcome on different campaign with 360 degree consideration of product order, campaign assets, market trends and regional guideline.
  • In-charge new store and renovation project process including SIF process and landlord liaison. Partner with the Regional Project team and Retail Operations Manager on store layout, store fixtures, space and capacity planning that strive the balance of brand aesthetic and commercial needs.
  • Assure the store ambience always on brand. Lead the store maintenance subject matter by building SOP and refresh it regularly, manipulate annual plan of store refurbishment with budget planning and accommodate ad hoc projects.
  • Manage and grow store operations team visual merchandising capabilities by offering different training including product display technique, seasonal focus directives, styling tips and detail standard control guidelines. Drive Calvin Klein visual culture and resonate it in stores.
  • Support brand and commercial initiatives including events and Pop Up. Lead visual presentation part and maximizing the planned objective within budget.
  • Fully understand and support market business needs and raise simultaneous request and proposal to regional team with justified reasons and investment.
  • Give guidance and unlock the team potential with offering a supportive and out of box mindset environment.

  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel)


  • Experience & Education: University graduate or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design / Design / Fashion Retail, or at least 10 years of VM experiences as equivalent with at least 3 years at managerial level.

  • Fluent in verbal and written communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Macintosh (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design software but not required
  • Superior communications and interpersonal skills
