Peoples Place is a café located in our Global Flagship Tommy Hilfiger Store and is part of PVH Hospitality. PVH Hospitality is the internal hospitality and event department of PVH Europe BV; the department counts several hospitality areas within the office buildings and retail stores. These areas are called People's Place.

About THE ROLE

When it comes to shopping at Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, our customers only deserve the very best in store experience we can offer. You will be working as part of our store Cafe where you will share a passion for hospitality and our values with our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve People's Place guests' coffees, hot & cold drinks and snacks from the outlets' assortment.
  
• Keep coffee machine and grinder clean and dialed in correctly throughout shift for highest quality coffee.
  
• You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, directing them to the correct team members when applicable
  
• Collecting payments and operating the POS-system
  
• Keeping bar stocked throughout shift.
  
• Control the stock on level and due dates, keep HACCP records
  
• Maintain an organized and clean storage area
  
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
  

About YOU

• You'll have experience with and knowledge about espresso machines and coffee bean grinders
  
• Have experience with serving guests in a hospitality environment
  
• Basic latte art skills
  
• Basic specialty coffee knowledge
  
• Be friendly and approachable
  
• Maintain a high level of food hygiene within a hospitality environment
  
• Maintain respect and work well with others.
  
• Maintain adaptability and a positive point of view in the face of change and challenges.
  
• Communicate honestly, openly and constructively, creating energy and excitement around shared goals and values
  
• Demonstrate a desire to help and serve customers.
  
• Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to the changing business environment and taking on additional assignments when needed (for example during Global visits to offer feedback)
  
• Act with confidence
  
• Having a HACCP certificate is a plus
