POSITION SUMMARY:
Key support role in management of all creative marketing projects and operations. Responsible for all administrative duties needed to drive the project calendar and cross-functional processes, including the day-to-day scheduling, tracking, and briefing of all projects and deliverables, both customer-facing and internal.
Responsible for the seasonal project roadmap in conjunction with cross-functional calendars, allowing for thoughtful planning and execution of all content needed to drive sales and generate brand awareness.
Essential support role in the streamlining and organization of projects and process plans to ensure efficiencies across TUG brand team and key stakeholders within cross-functional partners.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 1-3 years of project management experience either with a consumer-based company or an advertising agency. Fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
Experience working primarily with creatives (designers, copywriters, etc.) as well as cross-functional teams.
Understanding of creative development process.
Proficiency in project management software such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.
Education: Bachelor's Degree

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Own coordination with the Go to Market calendar (GTM), ensuring all projects are kicked off on time, and within budget constraints.
- Drive internal creative development calendars (campaign, product copy, color name, packaging).
- Responsible for organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, documents and follows up on important actions and decisions.
- Documents cross-functional processes to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- Develops RACI and formalizes internal processes cross-functionally.
- Reviews briefs for accuracy, ensuring all necessary specs and due dates are included.
- Monitors the daily progress of projects, provides detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
- Owns creation of seasonal recap decks / post-mortem process for projects.
- Onboards freelancers/new team members to ensure access to all software, servers, etc.
- Provides administrative support as needed.
