Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Process and Engagement (BPE) organization plays a critical part in transforming the business capabilities of the PVH organization. We enable strategic workflows to become more effective, efficient and capable of rapidly adapting to an ever-changing competitive environment. We deploy solutions that transform the ways of working, while allowing for regional differences, improving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction and igniting growth.

The Analyst, Business Process, will support the development of the commercial business processes across the Asia region including Retail, Wholesale, Supply, Master Data, and Finance. This role will work closely with the regional and in country business teams to ensure that the business needs are understood, captured, documented and validated. Additionally the role will help drive business process optimization, support analysis of current and future state processes through modeling using BPM techniques, and help define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise. The role will also work closely with cross-functional partners to align technical solutions with business needs and enhance the connectivity of the business units, regions, functional areas and IT solutions/systems.

Solution Design, Evaluation and Optimization
  • Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis
  • Identify, Assess and Evaluate Possible Solutions
  • Define Workarounds and Transition Requirements
  • Communicate and Validate Solution
  • Help Implement Solution
Business Process Improvement
  • Define and Validate Business Problem
  • Define Improvement Objectives
  • Measure and Quantify the Problem
  • Analyze Data and Identify Root Causes
  • Identify and Validate Improvement Options
Change Management and Training
  • Conduct Change Impact Analysis
  • Create and Maintain SOP's and Training Documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in business/finance/technology analysis. Consumer products company experience preferred; ideally fast-moving, multi-channel business with global manufacturing/sourcing.
  • Preferred knowledge of multi-channel retail systems and processes
  • Strong Process Modeling, Process Improvement / BPM experience
  • Highly proficient in using tools to document business processes, such as Visio and MS Office products like PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Process improvement certification (e.g. Lean Six-Sigma - Yellow Belt/Green Belt) is a plus
