AVOIR UNE VISION À 360° DE L'ACTIVITÉ

Votre mission principale consiste à assurer le bon fonctionnement du service paie (Siège et Retail) en coordonnant l'activité au sein de PVH France South West Hub (France, Belgique, Espagne, Portugal).

Vous managez en direct l'équipe paie en France (4 personnes) et supervisez les équipes belge et Iberia (10 personnes).

Véritable HR business partner, vous êtes le-la référant-e payroll du Hub auprès du siège Europe basé à Amsterdam.

L'un des enjeux du poste est également la mise en place d'un nouveau payroll provider au sein de Iberia et la gestion de différents projets SIRH.

Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir en Espagne, Belgique.

Concrètement il s'agit de:

• Contrôle et supervision d'environ des paiesau sein du Hub
• Management et accompagnement de l'équipe composée de gestionnaires aux différents degrés d'expérience, réaliser les entretiens d'évaluation
• Conseils HR auprès de nos salariés-ées
• Veiller au respect du code du travail
• Appliquer la réglementation de la convention collective, des accords d'entreprise
• Assurer et suivre l'ensemble des process de gestion des temps
• Assurer un suivi des effectifs, des mouvements de personnel
• Assurer les relations avec les organismes sociaux : mutuelle, prévoyance, Urssaf, caisse primaire d'assurance maladie, médecine du travail, caisse d'assurance retraite et de la santé au travail...
• Préparer tous les documents réglementaires liés à la gestion du personnel : établir les contrats de travail, avenants, soldes de tout compte, assurer les affiliations aux diverses caisses.
• Gestion de projets SIRH

Vous serez rattaché-ée au Compasention & Benefit Manager South West Hub et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec toute l'équipe HR!

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Titulaire d'un Bac + 5 ou d'un diplôme équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience à un poste similaire d'au moins 10 années idéalement dans le secteur du mode/retail.

Nous recherchons une personnalité dotée d'un excellent relationnel, d'un sens de la communication, d'un goût du challenge et d'une culture du résultat.

Savoir anticiper, être réactif et être force de proposition sont des compétences clés pour ce poste.

En tant que manager, vous placez au centre de vos priorités le développement des compétences de votre équipe et faites preuve d'intelligence émotionnelle dans votre management bienveillant et participatif.

L'utilisation d'un HR system n'a pas de secret pour vous! Workday est particulièrement apprécié ainsi que de ADP et tout autre HR sytem également.

Vous êtes expert du pack office et notamment d'Excel que vous utiliserez au quotidien.

Le français et l'anglais sont obligatoires à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Vous utiliserez quotidiennement ces 2 langues pour vos communications.

Your main mission is to ensure the functioning of the payroll and personnel administration department (Headquarters and Retail) by coordinating the activity within PVH France South West Hub (France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal).

You will directly manage the payroll team in France (4 people) and supervise the Belgian and Iberian teams (10 people).

As a true HR business partner, you will be the Hub's Payroll referent to the European headquarters based in Amsterdam.

One of the challenges of the position is also the implementation of a new payroll provider within Iberia and the management of various HRIS projects.

Occasional travel is required to Spain, Belgium.

In concrete terms, this involves :

- Controlling and supervising the payroll within the Hub
- Management and support of the team composed of managers with different levels of experience, conducting evaluation interviews
- HR advice to our employees
- Ensure compliance with the labor code
- Apply the regulations of the collective agreement and company agreements
- Ensure and monitor all time management processes
- Ensure a follow-up of the number of employees and personnel movements
- Ensure relations with social organizations: mutual insurance company, provident fund, Urssaf, primary health insurance fund, occupational medicine, retirement and occupational health insurance fund, etc.
- Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel management: draw up employment contracts, amendments, account balances, ensure affiliation to the various funds.
- HRIS project management

- Be creative! Challenge current reports and build you own dashboards in order to have a clear, synthetic vision of the business
- Be analytical! Deep dive into figures and field feedback in order to conclude insights and identify levers for improvement
- Speak-up! Summarize your recommendations and initiate meetings to involve teams and trigger action plans.

About the team

You will report to the Compensation & Benefit Manager South West Hub, and will work closely with the HR Team.

PROFILE

With a 5-year degree or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the fashion/retail sector.

We are looking for a personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of communication, a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture.

Knowing how to anticipate, being reactive and being a force of proposal are key skills for this position.

As a manager, you place the development of your team's skills at the center of your priorities and demonstrate emotional intelligence in your benevolent and participative management.

The use of an HR system has no secret for you! Workday is particularly appreciated as well as ADP and any other HR system.

You are an expert in the office pack and in particular in Excel which you will use on a daily basis.

French and English are mandatory for both oral and written communication. You will use these 2 languages daily for your communications.
