As a member of the Strategy team, the Senior Business Analyst supports in the execution of strategic projects and acts as a business partner for the PVH Asia Pacific leadership team, including country Managing Directors and brand management for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands. This role will work closely (alongside our team members) with regional stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to support key strategic initiatives. This includes strategic planning (Power Plan) creation; business research, analyses, and execution of growth initiatives; support of M&A related activities; and implementation of other key regional projects and initiatives as prioritized by the senior management team.


Drive ongoing strategic and business development activities across the PVH Asia Pacific region, including:
  • Identifying key business opportunities
  • Supporting key regional, cross-functional projects, as prioritized by the senior management team, and as part of the implementation of the Power Plan
  • Developing plans for project workstreams, and executing project tasks, business research and analyses
  • Participating actively in problem solving and solution building
  • Engaging with key (senior) stakeholders across the region and globally to ensure successful change management and implementation of key initiatives
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops with all levels of the organization
  • Driving M&A related activities for the region, including due diligence, transaction support, and post-merger acquisition support
  • Supporting with the creation of key business presentations and reports to senior management on overall business performance results and key projects updates
  • Completing other tasks as assigned by the manager

  • 3-4+ years of strategy experience from a corporate strategy/business development or management consultancy background
  • Track record of driving change through developing clear analyses and creation of business cases, implementation and support

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in related fields advantageous

  • Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience interacting with diverse teams
  • Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with an analytical and data-driven approach to issues
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure, to prioritize goals and perform multiple tasks in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to comfortably dialogue with and brief senior leadership personally
  • Ability to deal with new and wide variety of topics
  • High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
  • Real team player, does not take themself too seriously
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Passion for the fashion and apparel industry, digital industry is a plus
