POSITION SUMMARY:

PVH leverages a diversified portfolio of brands, this includes Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, and Dress Furnishings Group. "Supply" is the supply chain organization that supports the design, development planning, production & delivery of sourced product for all brands.

The Director of NA Supply Business Process is the change leader for the effective evolution of Supply Chain processes across all brands in PVH NA and constantly aligning with Europe and Asia on the best practices. As a leader the Director will develop strategic plans and approaches to implement, measure, and optimize across the PVH organization in North America and then share and across the global Supply leadership within PVH.

This role reports to the SVP of NA Supply Business Process and will need to work independently on the key projects and closely with the NA Supply Business team leads to drive the consistency of team message and knowledge management repository within the Supply Chain.

The NA Supply Business team drives the cross-functional collaboration with global Supply and non-Supply teams across all the Business Units. This leadership will drive and have to influence change across the PVH's digital path forward, focusing on the right work, right place, right people, with the best tools.

Work includes developing new approaches and innovative ideas for current and future processes that have not yet been created, while maximizing effectiveness of the PVH system architecture and working with TPG teams on modifications and test implementations across internal and global manufacturing base for most.

This person is a key leader in defining strategies that will affect multiple departmental work streams and takes a holistic approach for end-to-end process creation, evaluation, improvement, and mapping. They will create the foundation for how teams work together as well as how we can effectively work with our global supply chain partners be it fabric and trim suppliers to the garment manufacturers.

They need to have a Strong ability in, providing strategic communication across the supply chain, risk management, and facilitating meetings with upper level management as well as the supply chain partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to rigorously evaluate current processes.
  • Knowledge Management: Drive the evolution of the process repository as a key part of Supply's Knowledge Management platform.
  • Drive global awareness, sharing, intelligent reuse and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Lead projects and change initiatives with global partners.
  • Ensure new processes to ensure goals are met and continuous improvement is embedded in the culture.
  • Identify and strategically communicate risk & benefits of process changes with financial benefits to the supply chain
  • Help to define, encourage and support change management efforts for all areas
  • Participate in analysis of critical issues/failures for process improvements to proactively prevent future occurrences
  • Help to define, encourage and support the effective monitoring and results sharing of business process improvement projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 10 years of related business process improvement
  • Experience in consumer goods product development and manufacturing required.
  • Apparel supply chain or enterprise systems experience a plus
  • Six Sigma, Lean or Lean Six Sigma Certification a strong plus
  • Project management, PMP certification is an asset
  • Work experience with global teams is required
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and focus on multiple efforts at one time

Education: University/College degree / MBA is a plus

Skills:
  • Practical experience documenting & mapping business processes
  • Knowledge of relevant business process standards, modeling, & simulation tools
  • Strong documentation & presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to influence others cross-functionally, including senior executive leadership
  • Fluent skills and experience with tools such as: presentation, process, project and corporate applications (i.e. Lucid chart, Smart sheet, Visio, MS Office365: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sharepoint)

Internal: Interfaces across brands, functions, and global regions
  • Presents and communicates to cross functional leads of all levels in the business including executive leaders
  • PVH Corporate, NA, EU, Asia Supply Community
  • PVH NA Brand/Business teams; Europe & Asia, as needed

External: Communicate with senior leadership at our key global Suppliers and consultants as needed
