POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage PVH Digital Learning Platforms including Workday Learning and China Retail Academy on Corporate WeCom, design Digital Learning Journey for PVH China office and Retail associates, continually boost learner experience.

Play a key role in PVH Learning & Development plan and initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Excel the role of a "Workday Learning Champion", oversee PVH China Workday Leaning for both Office and Retail associates in terms of Campaign setting, Course setting, record management, Audience management, Learning contents recommendation, etc.
  • Align with Office annual Learning & Development plan, follow up on digital learning solution and deliver.
  • Build healthy communication with Global L&D and Workday team.
  • Lead China Retail Academy operation including annual learning journey design, digital learning contents design & deliver, learner experience management, etc.
  • Lead LMS vendors to deliver qualified performance.
  • Keep close communication with Trainers & national Retail team to collect feedback and business needs and follow up on China Retail Academy.
  • Explore learning resources from the marketplace and manage external training vendors to provide high quality values to PVH retail and office Learning & Development.
  • Support Line Manager on any China market, Regional or global wide projects.
  • Play an active & supportive role in any HR initiatives.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Digital: Up to date LMS strategy design, capable to produce digital learning contents by he/herself that are fun & catchy, capable to lead E-Learning vendors to produce beyond expectation learning contents.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Set clear digital learning goals and allocate tasks to members and vendors, lead internal and external parties to ensure the timely accomplishment of the project at high level of outcome.
  • COMMUNICATION: Work closely with internal and external parties through effective communication and with high impact to internal stakeholders.
  • CREATIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING: Looks to broadest possible view of an issue or challenge; uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • At least 8 years of working experience in L&D including at least 5 years of experience in Digital Learning and LMS management. Presentable best practice or projects handled in person.

Skills:
  • Strong passion in L&D and digital learning. Rich experience in LMS management and digital learning journey design as well as digital training contents.
  • Very good English level, fluent oral speaking and smooth writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business units and have high impact to internal customers
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Fast learner, passionate team player
  • Sense of working independently with quality
  • Strong office skills, excellent in PPT, Word, Excel, etc.

Education:
  • Bachelor Degree or above
