The Team

PVH Creative Services is responsible for the architectural & interior design of digital showrooms, wellness , hospitality & workplaces for PVH. The department subsequently works hand in hand with (country based) Project Managers in order to execute and deliver dedicated projects. With regards to digital showrooms, PVH Creative Services is responsible for the design, execution & delivery of seasonal concepts (these change 4x year), on a global scale for TH and on a European scale for Calvin Klein & Nike UW. PVH Creative Services is also responsible for the concepts, design & roll-out of digital showrooms globally & the design of HQ/ wholesale architectural projects.

The Position

Reporting into the Senior Manager Concepts & Design, you are responsible for FF&E related processes and design pertaining to all Creative Services' projects-digital showrooms, workplace, hospitality & wellness environments.

Working in partnership with the FF&E and Showroom Designer, you conduct research in support of concepts, you source & test (new) materials, you detail FF&E designs & conduct the required checks & balances throughout production processes.

You work hand in hand with the team's interior architects, project managers and coordinators in order to drive projects through from concept definition to project execution & delivery.

You maintain pro-active relationships with vendors & suppliers in order to remain ahead of developments & innovations in the field, sharing all findings with the team.

You provide, enable, check and supervise all relevant (technical) drawings, material specs as well as ensuring that the designs fit the assigned functional requirements.

Youpossess In depth knowledgeof circular design & sustainability principles.

Youwork closely with, and monitorthe suppliers & contractors involved during the entire design & production process and you sign off the final product once delivered.

You possess an absolute eye for detail & perfection as well as are thoroughly organized & capable of working on multiple projects at the same time.

You have awareness of developments in the field, also of hybrid environments combining physical, digital & virtual experiences- you are in tune with consumer trends & competitors and you are able to apply all this knowledge to your team's projects.

You are a constant source of innovative ideas & solutions, a pro-active learner, using downtime to research new ideas & sharing these with the team.

You have relevant & goal-focused work experience (5 years minimum).

You are comfortable interacting & working directly with suppliers, freelancers, temporary staff & international colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Together with the interior architects, you ensure all FF&E elements are designed & produced to fit the site location
  • Together with the coordinators & designers, you guide execution & installation on site, ensuring the design is delivered as intended
  • You design & adapt to scope, always keeping both budgets & sustainability targets in mind.
  • You ensure project files are organized and maintained to standard
  • You pro-actively report on the progress of projects and any associated risks
  • You maintain and evolve the team's material library
  • You seek to evolve our digital showroom experiences by focusing your FF&E designs on innovation & sustainability, supporting the team's mission to deliver innovative & Brand relevant hybrid environments & experiences

The Ideal Candidate
  • A bachelor/master's degree in Interior/furniture design, architecture or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FF&E design or similar field
  • Extremely technical and knowledgeable of material properties, production processes & construction methods for interior/furniture design
  • In depth knowledge about sustainability principles
  • Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence; ability to multitask
  • Close attention to detail & perfection across all aspects of design
  • A hands-on attitude& an absolute team player
  • Open minded with a global design mindset
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects at a time
  • Full proficiency in design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Vray, Autocad)
  • Understanding of budgeting & planning, cost aware
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (fluent in English)
  • Independent, quick thinker & solutions' driven
  • Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Flexible & agile in mindset as well as work methodology
  • Able to work efficiently by remote as well as within a group environment in the office
  • Flexible about tasks, working hours & project type (shift/ week-end work involved during project build up)
