The Supply Strategy Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the ideation, evaluation, communication, and launch of global supply chain strategies. An exciting opportunity, perfect for someone with 3+ years of experience to connect the dots across the enterprise, incubate and build out new strategies, lead global Supply strategic planning, and cascade the vision and strategies to cross-functional partners to enable execution at the brand and region level. The right candidate must be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and a strong problem solver.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Support the creation, iteration, and communication of multi-year supply strategies that fuel the growth of PVH's brands and regions
  • Think critically to connect the dots across strategies, evolve initiatives, and support strategy team
  • Collaborate with regional supply strategy teams and cross-functional partners to align and prioritize strategies
  • Support initiative and project execution as needed - convene & facilitate working group, align on objectives and metrics, launch initiatives, track & communicate progress

Leadership Reporting

  • Manage processes and information for key supply chain reporting to leadership
  • Support evolution and creation of supply chain reporting (understand objective, assess information available, partner with subject owners, synthesize information, propose format for leadership reporting)
  • Partner with Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate data and timely reporting


  • Communicate strategies, projects, and asks to cross functional teams & partners through various mediums
  • Support planning & execution of global Supply events and communications (both internally and externally)


  • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
  • Strategic thinking - able to take initiative through thought leadership, build hypothesis ,and outline solutions
  • Highly collaborative; able to build relationships across the organization
  • Highly adaptable; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • PowerPoint & Excel experience


  • 3+ years' experience in consulting or strategy role preferred
  • Proven ability to create, implement and measure a strategy or project
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment


  • University degree
