The Team

Supply Chain Process Development (SCPD) is a department that works with all product divisions for our main brands in PVH Europe, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The department drives synergies and streamlines processes and tools across the product divisions to raise efficiency and drive profitability.

We act as a link between various business areas and tech teams to provide tools and new developments, processes and fulfill training needs for Product Development, Sales, Factories, Purchasing and more areas.

In the team for Vendor-Purchase-2-Pay processes (Vendor-P2P) which this role is for, we work cross-functionally with other teams in Central Operations, Corporate Responsibility, divisional Buying & Planning teams, third party logistics providers, and our PVH offshore supply chain hubs.

The Position

We are currently looking for a Manager for our newly formed Purchase-2-Pay process team (P2P) which is the result of merging two teams for respectively Purchasing and Inbound processes. To be successful in this role you take an interest in motivating people, and have sharp, structural sense of prioritizing work in a demanding work environment with multiple stakeholders. You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing project work with smaller day-to-day enhancements, and 3-4 dedicated process analysts located in Amsterdam and Bangalore. As Manager you will play a leading role in driving and prioritizing the work for your team. It is expected you work closely with our divisional buying- and central inbound teams to identify and formulate process development projects, including involvement on some (sample) warehouse projects.

This role functions as the link between business stakeholders and tech-functional analyst teams, covering all systems supporting divisional processes realted to the area (SAP FMS, HANA Reporting/Analysis for Office, Infor Nexus).

You will be the spider in the web, and therefor need to have excellent project management skills to oversee and prioritize work for your team in collaboration with the Sr Director, technical acumen, and a relentless drive to help moving a large corporation towards newer, more efficient, transparent and sustainable way of doing business!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and plan process improvements projects across the supply chain in the P2P process areas
  • Manage and motivate a team of dedicated business process analyst and collaborate closely with other team members
  • Play key role in larger cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment across systems and applications
  • Work closely with various tech teams (analysts, developers, integration) to implement systems to support business processes
  • Lead and represent our business team in projects with 3rd party logistics providers and related software suppliers
  • Supports team Sr Director in cross-functional projects spanning wider than PVH Europe

The Ideal Candidate:
  • University Degree in Business Economics, Management or equivalent, from an internationally minded Business School
  • 6+ years work experience, preferably in Consulting, Fashion or Supply Chain functions
  • 3+ years experience managing people
  • Strong team player with the desire and capability to drive projects and processes independently, involving the right people along the way
  • Structured approach to problem solving and projects, e.g. on status reporting and stakeholder management
  • Interest in technology, process and data mapping
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial but not required
  • Good communication skills in English and ability to influence others in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment
  • Ambitious problem solver and "can do" mentality
