About THE ROLE

The PVH HR team are a group of focused, forward thinking and commercial individuals all passionate about offering an outstanding colleague experience.

The Talent Acquisition team are fanatical about talent. They are determined to find the best people for PVH whilst ensuring the candidate journey is a positive one! They offer a seamless and consultative service to their stakeholders always making sure they are working to the highest standards.

Reporting into the Talent & Development Director the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, leads the development and delivery of talent acquisition strategies and solutions across PVH Region North (UK, Ireland, Nordics and Netherlands).

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing a team of 8 across both Head Office and Retail recruitment functions within the UK and Netherlands
  • Ensuring and advocating best practice across all vacancies, both with internal stakeholder communication and candidate experience from 'role live' to new starter onboarding
  • Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders; understanding current and future talent needs, ensuring the team are equipped and ready to support the business needs
  • Working with our Europe HQ teams to support and deliver cross-country projects and initiatives. Ensuring that Region North's needs and expectations are considered and best practices are shared with other countries when required.
  • Lead recruitment management of Director level roles, when required support Talent Acquisition team hiring high volume/hard to fill roles
  • Work closely with Talent & Development Partner and Talent Management Manager to consider and deliver on the wider talent needs of the business
  • Managing the recruitment budget, approving how and when costs are spent in accordance to business needs
  • Weekly 1-1's with Talent Acquisition team to check in on work progress and to coach on personal growth and development with the role
  • Project management of Talent Acquisition focuses, ensuring timelines are realistic and met with desired results
  • Workforce planning to ensure there is a talent pipeline fit to meet business needs, promoting a 'proactive' vs 'reactive' process where required.
  • Developing relevant assessment tools, to ensure that candidates meet the criteria specified in the Job Descriptions and supporting the interviewing process where required.
  • Reporting, analysing and delivering resourcing data to the business to inform decisions
  • Ensuring the company culture and values are reflected in both attraction and selection tools, and candidate experience
  • Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of outsourced recruitment contracts
  • Implementing an attraction strategy, using different cost effective channels to find and attract high quality applicants, optimizing tools from our central HQ
  • Enhancing the reputation as an employer of choice and increasing the number and quality of applicants
  • Understand and advocate best practice processes for all level recruitment, advising both TA team and hiring managers where required

About YOU
  • You'll have strong experience managing an in-house Talent Acquisition team
  • You'll have previous experience of international recruitment delivery.
  • You'll have experience of developing and promoting employer brand across a wide range of talent attraction channels.
  • You'll have ideally worked in a within a fast paced retail/fashion environment.
  • You'll be an inspiring leader, with an ability to build, manage and engage teams
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
  • You'll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You'll be skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking
