The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

The Manager Talent Development ("Learning & Development") (m/f/x) owns need-based design, implementation, delivery and evaluation of learning and development measures for the regional population including associates, key talents and leadership. Reporting into the Directory HR Strategy & Talent Development, the responsibility comprises various measures of our learning and development portfolio such as learning journeys within our very own PVH University, talent programs and trainings - to only name a few. In close collaboration with our dedicated and motivated team of Talent Development experts the Manager Talent Development autonomously creates learning and development offers that respond to current and future needs and supports people at PVH to develop their own talent to it's best. This role partners with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders within HR, regional leadership and our peers across Europe forming great and collaborative relationships.

A day in the life of a Manager Talent Development (m/f/x):
  • Autonomously design, develop, implement and execute talent development programs and measures such as but not limited to learning journeys/academies, talent programs, live-online / class-room trainings, workshops and others
  • Analyze organizational and individual learning and development needs and propose and determine responding offers
  • Be a subject matter expert for our existing learning and development offers and methodology
  • Form close partnerships with HR colleagues and line management to understand business needs / challenges and engage stakeholders for learning and development initiatives
  • Assess the impact of learning and development initiatives to optimize the offering
  • Oversee and manage vendor relations including vendor sourcing, negotiation, commissioning and ongoing relationship management
  • Contribute to creating and executing learning and development strategies
  • Contribute to improving talent development frameworks, policies and procedures
  • Supervise organization and preparation of learning and development offers

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree ideally in adult education, psychology, human resources, management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years work experience in Talent Development or Talent Management
  • Experience in working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving
  • An independent working style
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills
  • Analytic and conceptual skills
  • Proven project and change management capability
  • Fluency in German and English (written/spoken)
