Position Description

The Sustainable Business & Innovation (SB&I) team is the department of transformation at PVH. Our SB&I team has a common vision - to ignite and accelerate transformation at PVH, to enable a business that can lead a new, clean and just future in fashion.As the world changes, so too does ourbusiness. The Communications Senior Manager will sit under Sustainable Business Strategy team and will partner with the global SB&I and global Communications teams to develop and execute proactive communication strategy for Tommy Hilfiger's sustainability priorities and in support of our vision to create fashion that Wastes Nothing and Welcomes All.

Responsibilities
  • Bring a communications-first mindset to the world of SB&I within Tommy Hilfiger, generating visibility and understanding of the brand's sustainability ambitions for corporate, associate and business partner stakeholders through a wide variety of digital and physical channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, global communications strategies for key SB&I priorities, with focus on:
    • Sustainability
    • Sustainable Product Innovation
    • I&D
    • Circular Business Models
    • Sustainability Strategy
  • Lead SB&I communications for the following channels/audiences:
    • Internal: Associate
    • External: Corporate & Customer & Country engagements
  • Be the global business lead for rolling out all global brand sustainability programs to associates, including communications asset development, event production and educational materials.
  • Run point on global sustainability crisis issues, including stakeholder management, strategy development, statement and messaging development, and communications plan execution across all channels.
  • Advise the Consumer Communications team on the elevation and proper roll-out of the Consumer Facing Sustainability strategy across all relevant communication touch points.
  • Oversee development of materials designed to tell the SB&I related stories across key initiatives, priorities, issues and announcements.
  • May include narratives, stakeholder messages and correspondence, talking points, web and social copy, assets for owned channels, speeches, etc
  • Partner with Global Communications team to execute proactive executive positioning on behalf of EVP SB&I and when needed, the CMO, CBO and CEO. This includes media and speaking engagements and owned content.

Logistics:
  • Manage budget/spend priorities based on strategic objectives.
  • Management of the TH sustainability website.
  • Creation and management of asset and document library on SBI topics

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or a relevant field
  • 7+ years of work experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Passion for communicating on a wide variety of stories and topics

  • Pro-active and responsive
