The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We are looking for a charismatic and experienced IT manager with leadership experience to become a key member of the IT management team.

In your role, you will be responsible to coordinate the project portfolio, serve as a mentor and develop your team along the way. You and your team will be instrumental in moving core task of the implementation and operation of modern and high-performance solutions in the environment of digital network infrastructure. Ensuring stability and a high quality standard along all support levels of our IT Service Desk, are just as crucial as our focus to stay on top of the fashion tech industry.

A day in the life of a Senior Team Lead IT Infrastructure and Service Management (m/f/x):
  • You will overview the entire technology landscape of the offices and showrooms in the Region West and ensure a continuous process of renewal of infrastructure to prevent disruptions and enable scalable future growth
  • You will contribute to innovative projects that further strengthen our leading role in Digital Selling in both Wholesale and Retail.
  • You are instrumental driving continuous improvement in service automation and standardization, as well as improving process definitions and workflows
  • You will own and ensure the implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures related to IT infrastructure and service delivery
  • You will manage third party service providers for the IT operations portfolio, external partners, consultants, and vendors
  • You will plan, forecast, and manage departmental budget
  • Contribute to improving talent development frameworks, policies and procedures
  • Supervise organization and preparation of learning and development offers

What do we need from you? You have:
  • Technical and/or business degree with 10+ years of experience, including similar roles or responsibilities
  • Deep technical expertise across the IT Infrastructure domain (e.g. Cisco, Meraki)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong service mentality and solution-oriented way of working
  • Passion for developing, challenging and empowering your own team!
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
