The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

The Specialist Talent Development ("Learning & Development") (m/f/x) supports to drive initiatives of our learning and development portfolio such as learning journeys and academies within our very own PVH university, talent programs and trainings - no matter if virtual or in classroom. With guidance of our dedicated and ambitious Talent Development team the Specialist Talent Development will contribute to analyzing needs as well as designing, implementing, executing and evaluating our initiatives with the aim to enable people at PVH to develop their own talent to it's best. The Specialist Talent Development reports into the Directory HR Strategy & Talent Development and closely collaborates with our experienced Talent Development experts, stakeholders within HR and beyond as well as our local organization and colleagues across Europe.

A day in the life of a Specialist Talent Development (m/f/x):
  • Contribute to the design, development, implementation and execution of talent development programs and measures such as but not limited to learning journeys/academies, talent programs, workshops, live-online and class-room trainings
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues to advise on development and learning portfolio and be the first point of contact for queries related to implemented offers, programs and tools
  • Execute and improve talent development policies and procedures, manage talent development offering against time and budget within a framework
  • Partner with external vendors, manage existing vendor relations and agreements, support vendor sourcing, negotiation, commissioning and ongoing relationship management
  • Support learning needs analyses to determine ongoing development needs, learning journeys and/or sessions
  • Contribute to assessing the impact of talent development measures to optimize the offering
  • Support organizing and preparing learning and development offers by taking care of communication, room set-up, material and other housekeeping matters

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree ideally in adult education, psychology, human resources, management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, thereof at least 1 year in Talent Development or Talent Management
  • Experience in working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving
  • An independent working style
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with others inside and outside of the own team
  • Analytic and conceptual skills
  • Fluency in German and English (written/spoken)
