The Position & Responsibilities;

The successful candidate will be working for an international and fast growing organization where he/she will be supporting & reporting directly to the Operations Director.

• Leading and/or taking an active role in projects that impact Operations mainly related with process improvements, SAP/ HANA driven system improvements and Finance & Operations projects as relevant
  
• Continuously evaluating current processes and advising and establishing improvement areas, and necessary control framework including creating manuals, SOPs and procedures
  
• Development and following up of supplier KPIs and performance reports.
  
• Tracking operations budget and proactively offer cost control measures relative to market dynamics
  
• Managing system and process based problems and bugs in order to eliminate interruptions in operations flow via creating the right solution/design
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Mathematics
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse management, design or product distribution, operations or planning departments
• Preferably worked in the textile business field before
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel based reporting experience)
• Experienced in SAP and HANA are plus
• Analytical thinking and solution oriented
• Problem solving ability by using research and development discipline
• Eager to support team achievement
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
• Strong reporting ability
• Positive attitude and communication skills
• Self-motivation, high energy level and willingness to work flexible
