As a Senior Product Manager for Campaign and Content Solutions, you will shape our future growth through innovative solutions combining data and automation. You use lean product methodologies to uncover business problems, embracing continuous product discovery and delivery, to deliver better business capability.

  • Work with the business to create highly scalable solutions and build products that will shape the next generation of campaign production and creation.
  • Support and drive the products and projects that are crucial for growing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with an extended network of stakeholders and teams and help to prioritize the product roadmap to maximize business opportunities across Zalando Lounge.
  • Engage and motivate a multi-disciplinary, autonomous team and bridge the gap between business and technology.
  • Manage the full product life cycle from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication to bring our core stakeholder groups with us on the product development journey
  • Own and evaluate results against KPIs, and decide the next steps

  • You are an Expert: You have prior expertise in technical product development. You have previous professional expertise in product discovery and agile product management. You have a strong business sense and a passion for solving problems that improve processes and drive innovation.
  • You are a Master of multiple domains. Can you bridge the gap between business and technology? Can you understand complex business processes, information systems and have a deep understanding of software development life cycle? Great! Do you have a track record of developing successful products?
  • You are an Analytical Communicator. Can you communicate effectively to engineers and business managers? Can you really get to the bottom of what users need? Can you ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the product's progress? Great! But do you also bring the analytical skills and rigor to analyze large sets of data to evaluate opportunities and make well-founded product decisions?
  • You are an Effective networker. We rely on people with an agile mindset who work with each other to identify interdependencies, sources of mutual value, but also potential conflicts. How fast can you build your personal network to add value to the right discussions and make sure that you leverage synergies and see opportunities? Will people come to you as a thought partner and natural collaboration partner?

You are a Continuous learner. You define your own KPIs in order to measure your impact and success of the product. You have the passion and drive to keep on top of all of the product innovations out there while refining your toolset and at the same time mentoring your colleagues.


Zalando Lounge is an online shopping club for fashion and lifestyle in 14 European countries headquartered in Berlin. We offer our members daily, time-limited sale campaigns with discounts of up to 75% off the recommended retail price on products ranging from shoes and clothing to accessories, sports apparel, and even homeware.

We power the sales campaigns where the time and the stock are limited - our members have to act fast in order to get their hands on their favorite items because once the products are gone, they are gone. The Campaign and Content Solution department is a fully integrated Content Production Unit. The department is responsible for providing article data, article information, right sizing information, photos, banners, and texts for all campaigns. The department owns the development, implementation and initiatives for content innovations, and is responsible for the design and presentation of new articles. Together with customer facing teams, we enable our customers to make informed and conscious purchase decisions. We create modern business tools to increase efficiency and scale our vision.
