Our Growth Marketing and Acquisition team is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Growth Marketing (International) with a proven track-record of success in running multi-million dollar International digital advertising campaigns. Reporting into the Director of Growth and Acquisition, you will be responsible for defining and driving growth strategy, execution, and expansion of International markets across various paid channels. This role requires someone highly analytical, creative, agile, capable of constantly aligning, building relationships, managing projects while negotiating for resources effectively.

This role will work cross functionally with internal teams across brand, creative, retention, digital product, and data along with our external partners like Google and Facebook to implement and scale International growth. The focus of this role is to increase International traffic, drive consideration, and scale new customer acquisition in our key growth International markets (Canada, UK, Australia and Continental Europe) and help build our retention base. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation and creative strategy, the marketing sales funnel, and the customer lifecycle.

What You'll be Doing:
  • Define the scope of multiple International growth and acquisition opportunities by abstracting insights from large datasets, following industry trends, consumer insights and customer feedback.
  • Present such initiatives and negotiate for resources and prioritization with internal partners across digital, brand, creative, operations, finance, data, and retention.
  • Source, evaluate, select and manage day to day relationships with International Marketing Agencies and other technology and business partners in key growth countries (e.g. Canada, UK, Australia, Continental Europe) and work internally to align such external partners with overall company strategy.
  • Serve as sales channel lead, define and manage budgets and prioritize initiatives with internal Paid Marketing teams and external agencies to increase activations by executing campaigns through different channels (SEM, Social, Display, Affiliate marketing) and Media relationships
  • Identify International conversion and retention opportunities to improve our global site experience for customers outside the US.
  • Define and manage International content calendar to optimize for country specific sales trends in alignment with overall company content strategy
  • Working closely with brand, design, and video team to build compelling ads as well as lead the execution of powerful campaigns that not only project our brand but also have an emphasis on performance

What You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce and / or retail with an International focus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into numbers and data, build forecasting and growth models and develop a plan of action.
  • Deep understanding of A/B creative testing and data driven optimization marketing.
  • Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and experience with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing trends and channels.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
  • Creativity is a must. Must be able to identify elements of creative and messaging that perform in different countries with ability to communicate new iterations and ideas to brand and design. Must also be able to think creatively to identify growth opportunities throughout other departments of the company.
  • Ability to define priorities based on impact, confidence, and ease of execution as well as managing multiple stakeholders' opinions as well as structure processes that will be functional in helping the team be more efficient in executing initiatives
  • An experimental mindset. Enthusiastic about testing and results. Have a natural curiosity and innovative thinking. Must always be looking for opportunities to come up with new tests to elevate our baseline and share learnings that could impact other teams
