Your Opportunity

As Master Data Manager you will join the IT team to support Zegna global transformation program based on SAP S/4.
You will act as a project manager to guide Business Partners through functional analysis, manage data migration and technical changes.
You have gained experience in both MDM / MM functional and technical analysis and can lead an end-to-end MDM project.

How will You contribute

• Leading functional analysis to produce written documentation defining models and procedures related to MDM/MDG processes
• Supporting and executing MDM/MDG platform implementation (demo, system configuration, customization…)
• Supporting integration analysis
• Leading Data Migration/Data conversion activities
• Leading and performing solution test, from the definition of test scenarios, to the choice of test case, user support and final validation of results.
• Developing training related to MDM solutions
• Coordinating and supporting internal team and external partners
• Working with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
• Acting as a Project Manager (planning and monitoring, risk management, meetings with internal/external specialist...)

Who you are

You are an highly motivated and smart IT professional, with Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experienc, willing to contribute to a technical transformation program a in a dynamic environment.

You have the following skills:

• SAP Master Data Management MDM / MM knowledge
• MDM / MM functional and technical analysis
• Design of processes, task, data flows and dependencies
• SAP customizing, data migration and data conversion
• Material Data Model and business partners (vendor, customer)
• Project Management in MDM / MDG projects (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling, data standards)
• SAP MDG, Informatica Riversand, Stibo Systems, Semarchy, Reltio, Ataccama
• Knowledge of delivery methodology; waterfall, Agile, SCRUM
• Certified Data Management Professional as a plus
• Problem solving and focus on results
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and technicalities
• Ability to interact with business leadership and with large and diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
