Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and innovative Business Analyst to join our advance analytics & optimization teams embedded within International Merchandising and Sales Operations group. As a part of our digitization strategy, we are in the process of building advanced analytics & process optimization capabilities to enhance decision support and drive operational efficiencies across all our commercial functions. You will utilize your analytical and programming skills including C++, R, VBA - to design and implement commercial solutions that aid in driving process efficiencies & effectiveness. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities · Drive optimization and improvement of Buying, Planning and Allocation processes as well as general business strategies · Internal solutions partner who identifies long standing bottlenecks, advises on which technologies, platforms and methods to use and helps creating solutions from project inception to completion · Drive automation in labour-intensive processes such as Sales forecasting, Assortment planning Pricing, Store clustering etc. through Tools & Systemic Workflow integration. · Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop systems that organize, collect and standardize data to solve complex business problems Shared accountabilities · Collaborate with operational teams to identify new ways of working. · Collaborate with IT teams to identify solutions leveraging best in class technologies · Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess End to End change impact

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Experience in Business Process Analysis, Process automation / optimization is essential.
* Strong expertise with VBA programming in Excel. Experience with Ribbons / Add-ins is essential.
* Proven Experience commercial experience with C++, Python, R other related languages and platforms.
* Proven and successful experience as a Business Analyst is essential.
* Working experience in Buying, Planning or Merchandising is desirable.
* Understanding of business functions (Forecasting, Assortment Planning, Pricing et). is desirable.
* Fluency in English. Additional languages are helpful.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels of the business and partners.
