Position Overview
Brand Marketing Associate, RLS will support the North America Retail Marketing team across key brand campaigns and initiatives for our Ralph Lauren full-price stores, playing an important role within the larger North America Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of seasonal marketing strategies for the Retail channel across print, digital, partnerships, and events. The successful candidate will exemplify organizational skills, teamwork, effective communication, creativity, and adaptability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage relationships and execution of all store related lease required advertising, including but not limited to print media, digital advertising, regional shoots, etc
* Assist in creative briefing and manage asset approvals and delivery of seasonal in-store collateral and creative materials including signage, bagstuffers, mailers, etc.
* Facilitate, coordinate and order in-store video content in partnership with creative, agency, store teams, and production agency
* Work in direct partnership with cross-functional counterparts to ensure alignment on all projects, activations & events
* Contribute to the ideation and development of seasonal activations and VIC activities such as trunkshows, events, charitable shopping promotions, gifting, hospitality, etc., as well as the supporting collateral (i.e., evites, activation signage, etc.)
* Upload, notify and manage monthly lists for New Customer Welcome Program and ensure they are uploaded to RL Central for proper deliveries and outreach
* Facilitate, plan and strategize RLS marketing support for limited-edition collections in stores
* Organize outreach strategies and support asset development to use for digital clienteling
* Support sample coordination for all regional shoots
* Manage and build strong relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders, retail partners, and vendors · Build and handoff Global & Regional decks such as seasonal recaps, brand plans & scorecards, campaign deliverables, workstreams, etc. in partnership with Mngr.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Strong user of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
* Strong analytical, project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented with the capacity to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously · Self-motivated, proactive problem solver with proven time management and enthusiastic willingness to learn
* Team-player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner and drive results
