This role shall support our retail systems (mainly in POS and SCRM), and in particular ensure a smooth implementation of our new POS project, planned to go live in Q3 of 2022. Thereafter, the ongoing application support of these systems to operate various TB business in China will be the main responsibility.

  • Provide strong and steady daily support on Retail applications like POS, SCRM, WeCom, Attendance System, monitor and trace interface file and log file, locate system problem quickly and provide solution.
  • Work closely with business users to understand business processes and scenariosand recommend solutions to meet the business needs.
  • Design and propose application changes and/or new application requirements to address business needs and pain points, Improve user satisfaction through continuous system enhancement.
  • Support of New POS project life cycle (testing, training, implementation, roll out, enhancements etc.).
  • Coordinate application test plans and test cases, and facilitate test sessions (for technical testing, functional testing, SIT, UAT)
  • Coordinate and implement regular/project-based application training plans, training sessions and training materials
  • Write project documents, user manuals, SOP, and maintain knowledge base.

  • Over 3 years POS implementation and support experience in Multinational Corporation
  • Very familiar with popular POS/SCRM solutions, and SQL knowledge
  • Familiar with Retail/Luxury industry
  • Familiar with Omni-channel solution in retail store
  • Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, customer-oriented
  • Prefer bachelor above in computer related field;
  • Fluent reading, writing, listening and speaking in Mandarin and English to effectively collaborate with international teammates.
  • Quick learner and ability to adapt the new technologies, tools and processes.
