JOB SUMMARY

Customer is at the heart of the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team. We take an entrepreneurial and agile approach to building and executing best-in-class lifecycle strategy and programs designed to win the hearts and wallets of our customers.
The Managerof Customer Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for supporting the development and leading the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement and grow share of wallet with Tory Burch customers. This individual is a customer champion and cross-functional leader, empowered to propose and execute new ideas grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, execute and optimize new and existing omni-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives to activate customers and drive deeper engagement and loyalty. Success will be measured by customer frequency, spend and retention
  • Create detailed customer journey flows to identify optimal moments that drive conversion and engagement
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to develop strategies and optimize programs on an ongoing basis
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (analytics, buying, creative, digital marketing channels, client services & store teams) to manage end-to-end execution and deliver highly relevant customer experiences
  • Develop a testing and experimentation roadmap in collaboration with CRM, Analytics and channel owners; gather and analyze performance insights and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Enhance personalization to better meet the needs of our customer base in a scalable way, leveraging tactics such as dynamic content and product recommendations
  • Be the expert on lifecycle marketing trends and emerging technology


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, CRM/lifecycle/engagement marketing preferred
  • Experience with driving end-to-end lifecycle programs utilizing rigorous test & learn approach
  • Strong professional storytelling skills using PowerPoint
  • A track record of problem solving and ability to deliver creative solutions on the spot
  • Analytical and data-driven insight development and decision making
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; proven success supporting multiple projects simultaneously, with precise attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills to build cross-functional relationships to achieve team goals
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results, and areas of opportunities (both verbally and written)
  • Proficient in Excel; Tableau, Google Analytics and/or MicroStrategy skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
