The Customer is at the heart of the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team. We take an entrepreneurial and agile approach to building and executing best-in-class customer strategies and programs designed to win the hearts and wallets of our customers.
The Senior Associate of CRM Marketing programs will help to drive the new and exciting customer-focused programs and optimize current programs to drive specific customer KPIs and drive frequency and grow share of wallet with Tory Burch customers.


  • Support campaign/program creation and execution across all channels (email, site, retail, digital & print), including partnering with the Analytics team to size then impact of planned campaigns/programs
  • Manage annual CRM program calendar and track topline results to ensure programs are meeting revenue forecasts
  • Act as liaison between both internal and external stakeholders to develop and align campaign content across channels and departments
  • Assist in the development of testing plans, briefs, and proposals in partnership with all cross-functional teams
  • Analyze and extract insights from past and current promotions to inform future programs
  • Standardize campaign reporting against KPIs and propose opportunities for campaign optimizations
  • Drive the data-driven clienteling programs across all Retail and Outlet stores
  • Create program-specific recaps to support CRM seasonal newsletter
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and bring forward insights and new ideas to stay ahead
  • Support budget maintenance and tracking, as required

  • 2-3 years of experience in data-driven marketing, analytics, or related role
  • Prior experience with CRM, CDP, and/or Marketing Activation tools
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (ideally Tableau) and understanding of Business Intelligence tools
  • Proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint, strong presentation building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce & Analytics
