Manager, Integrated Marketing - Global Digital

JOB SUMMARY

Tory Burch is seeking a Manager, Integrated Marketing - Global Digital programs to support the development and execution of our Regional Digital messaging across all digital platforms - site, email, digital marketing. Working closely with the Global Integrated Marketing team and the Regional teams, this role will provide strategic support in determining the regionalization of the digital customer experience. The position will provide Regional teams with Key Global Marketing messages, in partnership, determine local nuance, build the end-to-end customer seasonal digital experience and work closely with the Creative team in the timely deliverable of digital tactics.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end process for regional localization of marketing messages across all digital platforms (Site, Email, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Working in partnership with the Regional teams to determine regional priorities, regional message nuance, business validation, and, where applicable, content and asset development, to support regional business needs
• Provide Regional teams with global digital best practices by channel, benchmarks and, learnings to help determine and inform the regional digital customer experience
• Foster collaborative relationships with Regional cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of regional digital programming plans and needs
• Provide advisory support to Regional teams to ensure marketing message optimization and local relevancy, while ensuring a holistic customer experience
• Partner closely with Integrated Marketing and Creative Operations to ensure regional digital programming needs are fully captured and operationalized at annual and seasonal planning milestones
• Responsible for comprehensive and timely briefing of Regional Digital Plans to Creative Operations team

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in Integrated Marketing with solid knowledge of digital platforms and the consumer journey
• Experience in global/international management (preferable)
• Experience in Fashion or Luxury, or similar lifestyle consumer industry
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills and proven travel record of working cross-functionally
